EWING, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Universal Display Corporation (Nasdaq: OLED), enabling energy-efficient displays and lighting with its UniversalPHOLED® technology and materials, today announced the signing of long-term OLED material supply and license agreements with BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. (京东方), a leading IoT innovation company providing intelligent interface products and services for information interaction and human health. These agreements extend the strong partnership between the two companies. Universal Display Corporation will continue to supply its proprietary UniversalPHOLED phosphorescent OLED materials and technology to BOE Technology for use in its OLED displays through its wholly-owned subsidiary UDC Ireland Limited. Further details and financial terms of the agreements have not been disclosed.
